This. He was the opposite of Heyman. He turned a company that never drew a dime into one that at the time had record profits and was beatings everyone in cable ratings and most of that was his business decisions.

Part of me wonders what would have happened if Bischoff had recruited Heyman in 1997 when ECW was a hit creatively, but still struggling with PPV and TV deals. If Bischoff handled the business and Heyman the creative and let’s say Heyman still had to approve his ideas with Bischoff first like Russo did with McMahon and maybe Taylor and Sullivan helps Heyman with the book where they can, what product WCW could have been.

Feel like that would be like the tale of two devils trying to work with each other. I do agree though if they could combine their "pros" without having the personal issues they had with each other it would have made WCW a good thing longer than it was.
