He doesn't appreciate Hogan by the way he posts either though.

Completely disagree saying you don't want to see him on 2013 doesn't mean you don't appreciate his past. I called Rock shit plenty of times but I love his previous work.

Exactly, People praise heel Cena but that doesn't mean they want to watch him now.

To me it just shows utter ignorance if someone claims to be a big fan of wrestling, but won't appreciate or acknowledge what Hogan has given to the business. There would be no WrestleMania without Hulk Hogan or Vince McMahon. Period.

Without Hulkamania, none of this would be here. WCW would never have had their boom period, TNA wouldn't even exist because JJ never would have made the money to start it up. WrestleMania wouldn't exist, and wrestling would still be this carny act that plays dingy, smoke-filled gyms.

If you can't get behind that, you're not a fan as far as I'm concerned.

Same goes for Cena and the current age. The people who boo-hoo Cena couldn't lace his boots on their best day.

Yes he did all that and everyone thanks him for playing a big part in that but it doesn't mean we want to see back especially wrestling since his back is fucked up, AN example is 2K14's 30 Years Of Mania mode, I am dying to play that and cant wait to relive Hogan's big match ups but it doesn't mean I have to say "I would love another Hogan match!" because I wouldn't, One time appearance or occasional appearances like Flair does, Good.

Anyway... I've derailed this enough. I don't think any of us will change each other's opinions.

Dude I don't think he's going to wrestle. He's not capable as far as I know. I loved his 2002 run, but I am legitimately concerned for his health if he tried to do it today.

I would be too, I watched something (Can't remember the name of it) and they were talking about his back condition and it was truly fucked up. His 2002 run was good, His match with Rock had such a brilliant aura about it, Its a shame the NWO wasn't as good as the original but seeing him and Edge with the titles was awesome, Also notable was Him Vs HBK.

Remember when he beat Flair on RAW, I shouldn't have but I still mark for that. Plus when he won the title.

Right on man. I completely misread what you were trying to say before.

Yeah the only reason the nWo didn't work out as well was because Hogan just got over as a babyface. He did everything a dude could do to get heat on The Rock. It was insane. He smashed him in the head with a hammer and ran him over with an ambluance for fuck's sake!

Sometimes you can try to set the stage, and even with your best laid plans the crowd will change things. It's ultimately the fans that decide, which has always attracted me to this. Kudos to Hogan and Rock for being able to turn things around on the fly. If it had been two wrestlers who have to plan their matches out beforehand, they would have been screwed. I doubt the handshake at the end was planned at all.
