I think what he meant was that MITB is kind of a underdog-thingy, usually the guys that win it aren't the same guys that you picture winning your their title without such a thing. Reigns, however, is treated like a beast and could win his first title clean and without any leverage. Maybe it wouldn't hurt his credibility if he were to cash it in a week later or something, but where's the fun in that? It would just feel like a missed opportunity for another guy to sit on the briefcase till the time's right, money in the bank's suposed(at least in my mind) to push guys that aren't really quite there yet with the top contenders, but who we can imagine holding the championship all the same. Reigns is not that, like I said, reigns is booked like a monster and would be realisticaly able to win it the classical way.
What do you mean win it in the 'classical' way? I'm not saying he'd run down and cash in on the weakened champion like so many others do, I said in the post before my previous one that he'd use it to enter into the planned Brock/Rollins match for Summerslam and make it a triple-threat. (I assume everyone has heard the rumors of a triple-threat between Rollins/Lesnar/Reigns headlining Summerslam and I've already mentioned those very rumors in a few different threads myself.) As it stands, Lesnar has a guaranteed rematch, so Reigns needs some sort of logical reason to make his way into the match with Brock and Rollins and winning the briefcase sounds like a fairly good one. (For the record, only IF Reigns is winning the championship at Summerslam do I think he'll win the briefcase, otherwise, no.)
