- A lot of people within WWE are still wondering if The Undertaker's last match will be at WrestleMania 26 this year. Taker is said to be in real bad shape right now and a lot of people are privately wondering how long he will last.

- Edge's rehab for his achilles injury is ahead of schedule and WWE officials are expecting him to return at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view in two weeks. It's possible that Edge will cost Chris Jericho the Royal Rumble match, setting up their bout at WrestleMania 26.

I know I read somewhere that Take was retiring maybe in 2010. He is in bad shape. As for Edge I'm going to mark out if he shows up at the Royal Rumble

I guess it depends on Taker himself. He damn sure had an awful start after he returned at Summerslam, but he's getting back to his normal self and by Wrestlemania night I think he will be putting yet another classic.

Undertaker can keep going for at least 2 years more, but he needs a longer vacation than the ones he take. Don't return at Summerslam, return at Royal Rumble, take an entire year out dunno.

As for Edge, title match at Mania by returning at RR would be awesome, but I just read something on PWtorch about a guy talking about having Edge returning by hiding his indentity and being one of the fans saved by CM Punk, then revealing himself and attacking Punk. Edge vs Punk sounds awesome as well.

I don't want to sound picky but I think its far too soon for Edge to be returning. I'm not Edge or his doctor, so I can't speak on him being 100% or not, that's not the issue. I just think maybe give him a little more time to be missed. Know what I mean? lol

^^^Eh, I think it might be like the Cena issue a few years ago. WWE is fudging the recovery time to give fans a real surprise.

I dunno about Taker, seems there is a retirement story about him every year, so it's hard to imagine he going out relatively soon.

Fuck that, bring Edge back. Nah seriously, if he's 100% (and the premise on him returning is believing he indeed is), there's no logic of having him not be at Wrestlemania, and having him start a program for Mania at the RR will make the program that much important and well built.

Like I said before, he can still not be 100% and win the rumble. Just run in at 30, with 2 guys fighting at the ropes, and he tips them both over for the win. If ruining the victory, have him at 30 and he doesn't come out, the last guy thinks he's won and then Edge sneaks in and knocks him over the rope. Then set up some thing where he's scared and has a substitute wrestle, and that gives him an extra 2/3 months to recover for a Mania match/

I'm in two minds here. Believing wwe and Edge will return at WM26. Or he is almost ready to go and appear at the rumble match. 28guys have been named. Leaving 2 spaces for surprise entrants. Aka Edge and RVD?

I'd so much rather a nice month or two build of promos, and return bumps for Edge. I really think he deserves it and it would help him get a face reaction that much more. I'd love to see them try and rival the HHH quad tear reaction. Although with WWE fan participation in its current state I don't know if it would be possible. It would have to be done in NY or some other state with consistently hot crowds.
I don't think the run in is the way to go with this one and don't really see the need to rush him back for Mania. Of course I miss Edge, but it's not going to hurt to keep him out for a little extra time to build anticipation.

^^^ Toronto now that would be as loud as hhh's reaction in 2002.

Taker desperately needs to retire, imo. I doubt Wrestlemania will be his last match, but if it is, they desperately need to amp up the buildup to it.

Undertaker has sucked for a pretty fair amount of time now. At this point I won't be sad to see him go.

This is not something they need to rush. Edge has a serious injury. He doesn't NEED to come back at Mania. Sure it would be nice, it'd be cool, many people would mark out for a Rumble win or Mania match, but I wouldn't want it to happen until he's 100% and ready to go.

I think takers last match should be a good rematch with HBK at WM26 or cena vs taker at wm 26.

If Edge is in the Rumble match I'm sure he will eliminate Jericho, and no doubt will lead to them at Mania and I'm also pretty sure he wouldn't win. However the one thing I've noticed this year, with the exception of 2 years ago with Cena showing up, we usually know who is going to win the Rumble.

This year with so many potential matches and angles, its really a guess. I mean with the potential HBK vs. Taker match, HBK could be winning it. With the rumor of a Triple H vs. Sheamus Match Triple H could win. If Orton wins the WWE Title at the Rumble maybe Dibiase is winning. If Rey wins the title, maybe Batista is winning. There was a rumored Taker vs. Cena match so maybe Cena is winning the rumble. Sure we might have a better idea before the Rumble, but right now its still up in the air.
