I think choice or not, it is a seriously fucked up thing to do. But remember his word choice "Proving a point and teaching a lesson." There was ill intent behind the action and there is something genuinely concerning if your idea of "teaching someone a lesson" is someone kissing your balls. Like, I have not discussed sexual assault/harassment enough in classes to get a fully formed opinion on it. I had one week in year one in Criminal law and one week in Evidence last semester and neither time it was on the final exam simply because how heavy the material was. Those classes even had participation marks and they were scrapped for those weeks because of it.

That use is
very suspicious. Innocent until proven guilty and all that, but what he HAS admitted to is enough to know something was up and enough for a fan to not be comfortable with him at a show or for the people in the locker room with him.
