E3 Discussion Thread

E3 kicked off with EA play and I thought it was a pretty average event.

Did anyone catch EA E3? Battlefront 2 looks good and NFS I'm keen on rest was pretty predictable stuff.

I'm looking forward to the Microsoft, Ubi, Beth and pc show. Don't care much for ps4 or Nintendo

Missed EA but I'm not interested in anything they're doing. I'm looking forward to Sony and Ubisoft though

I wanna know about Battlefront 2's campaign. I don't care about the multiplayer.

I'm really excited for Battlefront! I enjoyed the gameplay of the first game, but it was very limited on content which made it get boring a lot quicker than it should have. Battlefront 2 should have the same gameplay I liked from the first game while also adding all of the eras!!! Very exciting!

I'm looking forward to the Microsoft event because they should be revealing the release date for State of Decay 2 and I'm so hyped for it! The first game was awesome and I have faith this will be even better and it has multiplayer so my friends and I are very excited to play it! We all played the first one!

Xbox press conference was epic, a LOT of the games looked great, Metro, Anthem, AC.

I am so pumped about the 4K updates to the current games too, I need to get a 4k Monitor now lol.

Bethesda's conference was overall pretty meh.

Do not care about Doom VR or Fallout 4 VR, since one I can't afford VR and two I don't care much about it to begin with. Have no motivation to buy a Switch whatsoever, so I don't care about Skyrim on it since I can just play that game any time on my PC and it'll look so much better. They're trying to implement paid mods for Fallout 4 and Skyrim, but I play on PC where mods will always be free so who cares, sucks if you play on a console I guess. The Evil Within 2 looked alright, and a new Wolfenstein game will be great, but that's it.

Oh, I almost forgot the card game. Don't care.

Really stoked for DBFigherZ, never thought they would return to a 2D[.5] fighter again (at least on home consoles) but I'm ecstatic that they did. Really looking forward to this one.



Don't know what this game is going to play like or anything but visuals alone make it one of my most anticipated games to come out of E3. One of the best visual aesthetics in any game ever.



And I don't say this lightly, but this looks like it's going to be the best Mario game ever.

I seen that Rocket League is going on the Switch as well. That is cool, shows this game isn't going anywhere. So I will be able to play with PS and Nintendo people on PC soon.

This was a pretty lackluster E3 for me, honestly. I'm coming away from it interested in -

Assassin's Creed Origins
Metro Exodus
Monster Hunter: World
The new Wolfenstein game that I can't remember the name of.

Those are just new reveals of course. A few games I've been interested in were shown of course, but it's definitely a shorter list than previous E3s.

All in all pretty lame E3 with some good stuff. DragonBall FighterZ, Anthem, Metro, Wolfenstein, Code Vein and MarioXRabbits: Xcom(-ing to the switch) peaked my interest. Wish Naughty-dog would've shown another TLoU2 trailer or something instead of Uncharted DLC.
