A BIG BANG MAIN EVENT ANNOUNCED!

For years before the demise of World Championship Wrestling, two men had dominated professional wrestling markets much different from one another; in the West, a man known as Sting was billed as a top class superstar and indeed, the many accolades he achieved from the late 80s into the early millenium can surely undeny such a veneration. Whereas in the East, another man, being brought up around the same time as Sting, became a stiff and powerful force in Japan for more than a decade and to this day, is still one of the greatest wrestlers to step inside the squared circle, Japan or elsewhere. Garnering an astonishing twenty three ***** star matches in your resume is no small feat, but Kenta Kobashi has done it. Now, for perhaps another first timer, GCW in conjunction with Pro Wrestling NOAH presents a long awaited confrontation between two Icons, one from the West, and another from the East. Sting, former WCW and NWA Champion, and GCW signee, will face off against former GHC Champion, Pro Wrestling NOAH's Kenta Kobashi! Sting's no stranger to facing japanese icons, for he was embroiled in a rivalry with The Great Muta that lasted for years. Kenta's had his fair share of foreign excursions, facing such talent as Samoa Joe. For professional wrestling fans all over the world, this will be the indefinite clash of the dragons of the West and East, one for the history books. At The Big Bang, one of the most highly anticipated matches of all time will commence...​
