During the Monday Night Wars if you want to trade 1 pair of Superstars between WCW and WWE who would it be?

My choice would be...

Trade Triple H for Sting

I would have made this trade 3 or 4 months before before WM 14 so we would have our Undertaker vs Sting Dream Match

After that having a Austin vs Crow Sting feud would have fit well for Summer Slam, while Taker face Kane in their Brother vs Brother storyline.

I really could care less about what would happen to Triple H in WCW. Sorry that's just me

I really didn't feel any star power in Triple H until he was solo as The Game.

But he still had to bury his way to the top

Who would your choices be?

You can trade anybody, like Macho Man who has extreme star power for Gilbert who was used for comedy.

So who would it be?

I really wouldn’t have wanted to see anyone from WCW in WWE except Sting. They had a horrible roster, guys like Goldberg and Hogan were awful in the ring and WCW sucked because every second wrestler was somewhat like those two. WWE already had miles far better roster so they basically didn’t need anyone from WCW except Sting and a few others(Scott Hall maybe). If I was alive during the Monday night wars I wouldn’t watch a single episode of WCW. I hated their roster, almost all of them were overrated sloppy second class wrestlers. I still can’t see why were they winning the Monday night wars most of the time, I would literally rank ECW as 5 times better than they were ever been. Crowd cheering for fuckin Goldberg who knew how to perform only two moves, less skilled in the ring than an average worker in a gas station. Thanks for being disbanded, dubya-see-dubya.

Not to get off topic, but idk who the hell triple h buried to get his way to the top, but any ways.

I would trade Goldberg to WWE. Shawn michaels to WCW. Would’ve been nice to see what happened with those mix ups.

Not trying to start any debate man but here are some. There are few I would ignore tho.
10 Wrestlers Buried By Triple H

But enough of that....

Seeing Shawn Michaels in WCW would great. Also Goldberg would be great too.

Seeing Shawn in there would cause a lot of dream matches and rivalries.

What they would most likely do is have Shawn in the NWO with Nash and Hall.

Seeing Goldberg in WWE would have show him versus Austin, Rock, Juggernaut Kane, and a proper Taker vs Goldberg rivalry.

So good choices

Anyone brought to WCW between like, 96 to mid 99 would've just been thrown in the already overcrowded nWo and done nothing. And just like what happened with the Invasion, with how Vince looked at WCW, anyone going north would've most likely been buried in the midcard for a while. Jericho, Guerrero, Benoit... yeah, they all got there eventually, but it took time.

So I think for my picks, I'll go with late 99 as a time period. From WCW to WWF, I'd send Norman Smiley. Would've meant very little to WCW to lose him, and wouldn't mean much for WWF to gain him, but I think he would have been a fun addition to the Hardcore division on the "other show."

From WWF to WCW, I think I might have Kurt Angle go there. I feel like he's one of the few guys who could've gone to WCW at that time without being saddled with the "former WWF guy" label since he was brand new at the time. Assuming WCW would've still ended the same time and way as it did, it would've given him more time to learn in a different place while still being on a major level. I feel like he could have also had a quick rise over there like he did in WWF, and then they would've had another strong leader during the Invasion (as opposed to the stupid switching sides thing they actually did)

Shawn Michaels for Sting would have been HUGE...
plus we would have most likely got that Taker/Sting
"Wrestlemania" encounter when they both could still
work a good to decent match...

That's if Taker would have agreed to do the match in
the first place.

Michaels would have found his way back to the WWE...
and possibly avoided that back injury to boot...meaning
he may still have enjoyed his successful second run
& his "Legendary" Wrestlemania matches with Taker.

That's very interesting seeing Rock in WCW.

To be honest just like Jeffry Fucking Mason said "Anyone brought to WCW would be thrown in the overstuffed NWO"

But it would have still have been interesting to what would they have done with The Rock in WCW....

But I kinda doubt The Rock would have had the same style of Gimmick he had in WWE.

That's similar to what Eric Bischoff said in a interview if Undertaker came to WCW. He said "He wouldn't have been The Undertaker"

So I guess there's a chance that Dwayne Johnson could not have been The Rock
