I hate when people only seem to do their best work during contract negotiations.......bring back the hand shake agreement.

Eh., the hand shake agreement nearly destroyed WWF. With Luger, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall all working on a hand shake agreement and then going to WCW. I mean, I know that Luger was the only one who did it as a surprise as Hall and Nash gave notice. But they had been tellling Vince they were going to sign new contracts.

I mean, I don't really see anything like that happening now... I don't think AEW or TNA would try to be as cuthroat as WCW was... but it is best to have a contract where everything is spelled out clearly. It protects both parties.1
