I work with planning youth camps, activities and such for my state since a week back. Can say that it has quickly become a great job so I'll go with that for now.

I'd say game development would be my dream job, if consumers weren't such neckbeards and publishers weren't blood sucking vampires.

Being famous on youtube would probably be stressful as shit if you didn't treat it like an actual business and work with sense. One mistake and the entire foundation can come crashing down. Not to mention the constant bitching and moaning from the community if they think you're doing something even microscopically close to getting money and "exploiting" them.

Not to burst any bubbles or anything, but it's not always as simple as it seems.

^This for me too. I actually had aspirations of 3D modeling for movies and games and even looked into going to Full Sail University (sound familiar?) but it was waaaaaay out of my measly GI Bill budget range at the time.

EDIT: WWE announcer was my dream when I was younger though. Mainly because I would have a front row seat at the shows and get to meet all the superstars.

If you're really looking to get into 3D modeling and think you have the design-chops, pirate the software and find books/videos on how to use it. If you have a very creative and artistic thought process, once you know how to handle the tools, your modeling will flow from there.

You could argue about the morality of pirating software, but 3D modeling software is way too expensive for a small-time amateur and if you do ever get good at it, then you can buy the software.
