Gotta think though Ziggler is probably one of the if not the specific guy that Rock's return held back I mean he was going from working 1-2 matches a ppv to a 6 on 6 match at Mania. Out of all the guys in the back I think Ziggler is probaby the most effected in this situation

Oh please. Rock's return hasn't hindered Ziggler in any shape or form, the gulf between the two is massive. If a finger could be pointed at anyone for spot stealing i'd say Jericho, as Ziggler would have been far more likely to face Punk at Mania given their feud prior to that. No way in hell would Ziggler have gotten Cena at WrestleMania if Rock wasn't around.
