I realize this is WWE's attempt to trick us all, but lets just pretend that it was real.

Dolph has had many chances to prove himself and almost always succeeds in doing so, but has never really got a huge push IMO. Its easy for me to say who should be pushed or not, because Im not in the company. Anyways, what are your thoughts?

Eh Dolph had his big chance when he cashed in MITB but then got injured, which isn't necessarily his fault, but still that was his chance. I don't fault him for how he was treated after the injury though when he could have had such a successful face run and instead he just lost every match despite him being over as a face (despite his face character being so shitty at the time). But still, he'll always be there and be a solid plan B option if they need someone but he'll never be "the guy"

Low key Dolph is a much better character than show off Dolph. Too spastic for my liking. He talked like he bumped....overdoing it and it comes off as silly.

This is what I think held him back.

Good point. He is very spastic, but I think thats what makes me like him. Hes not just another wrestler, he sticks out. His mic presence was a little over the top everytime.

Pretty good talent. I do wonder if he has peaked now, and if WWE would be willing to give him another top level push. A break and a refresh might be just the thing. BTW to have this in the same week as Ryback is supposedly fired is really sloppy from WWE.

They fired Ryback, Dolph and Rowan at the same time for Survivor Series :fp:

Thanks for filling me. Still poor booking though.

I'm on the fence with Dolph really where I don't hate the guy and I don't love him, I just appreciate that he's a decent talent to have around. I do feel though that during this Authority angle, he seems to have gotten over in a different manner to before where it's not just the smarks chanting and cheering for him. I just hope they can continue this sort of angle with him through Mania season and see where he stands after then.
