Yeah, a problem with a match like this getting this much hype is it will always end up not living up to it for a lot of people. It ends up becoming real decisive.

I will admit I watched it with an open mind and basically
ignored everything that I had heard about it...

It was interesting to watch seeing as I've never watched
any NJPW before...or seen Omega or Okada wrestle.

The good thing about all the hype though was that all the buzz going to this match kinda saved Time Bomb/Kushida, Goto/Shibata, and Naito/Tanahashi (loved that one, really underrated!) from being "problematic" in the same way.
That was probably the best 2 hour block of wrestling I'll ever see.
