Yeah, well recently my sister has gotten a new habit to piss me off. Going into my documents and randomly deleting large chunks or whole documents of assignments and other homework.

So I was wondering, if there any way I can get a password or something of the like for my documents?

I have one for my little computer profile thing, but she just changes it off hers and goes ahead.

No idea if you can lock documents. But you can lock folders I though. Otherwise just hide your documents in wierd spots.

Crap I know there's a way to do it but can't remeber. Only other way I can think is throw all the files in a folder. Winrar it with a password. And then unrar it with the password when you need it.

Hide your files and folders, right clicking Properties and selecting hidden. Then to view or hide, go to Tools>Folder Options>View and check Show Hidden Files and Folders.

If you sister is too smart for this, she would probably unhide everything and delete your documents again, use this software which locks files and folders: http://www.toplang.com/filelock.htm

The locked files/folders are protected from accessing, users can not open, read, modify, move, delete, copy or rename the protected files/folders. You can hide your private files and folders, to make them completely invisible to other users as well.
