Teams are RNGd I suppose so I have a very nice chance of hitting scum there.
Lots of advance analytics and mathematics went into creating that list.
Literally a 50/50 chance of hitting a bad guy.

I used my gut.
They are not random.
I carefully selected those names and I will check them at end of game.
