I picked no because I'm not a coward but I'm fine with either result. Could have MJF go totally unhinged with a loss or carry on his reign here. However I feel like Khan is at his best when booking with a plan and Bryan winning doesn't feel planned

I'm pretty torn, but right now I think I want MJF to retain. Like proving himself that he can hang in an iron man for an hour with a guy like Bryan would be pretty huge for him. It's something completely out of his element.

Whilst I've enjoyed the Bryan feud, I also don't think his reign has kicked in to its highest potential yet so I'd like him to hold on it to a bit longer to see what else comes from it. With all that being said, if Bryan wins I'll mark out like crazy.

I agree with all those points but my counter point is imagine his meltdown when Bryan ruins his reign of terror he is so certain he is having. Muahahahahahaha

I want Danielson to win it, but not yet.

I’d wait til we’re a little closer to January and his contract expiring. Cause like has been mentioned before, he can kind of go on a tirade about being cheated and saying how this is the final straw, etc etc.

I'm a yes. What I find interesting with the AEW model is the big champions only defend four times a year so it makes them feel like they've had a long run but not actually done anything.

MJF is winning here I'm sure but it doesn't feel like he is a new champion in anyway yet this would be his first defence.

This is his second defence, He defended it against Starks back at Winter is Coming.

Forgot the Starks match but even so the point stands. A year holding the title is likely to be 4-6 defences which to me just doesn't feel that notable.

especially as a heel ya, if this was Mox he probably would have like 6 defenses but 3 of them would be to indie guys. I think Kenny actually defended it a shiton though

So you weren't far off at all actually, Kenny had 7 defenses in 346 days. Though he did also defend his IMPACT/TNA and AAA title as well during that time

It certainly makes it harder to book with less defences in my opinion. I'm kind of not looking forward to the Ironman match at all as I think we're going into a 60 minute match knowing the result.

I dunno I can see Danielson shocking the world. I think the match is going to be incredible, but I certainly understand how you feel as it is long with a perceived slam dunk result. I do think AEW have a huge opportunity to be creative with whatever the result is here and I hope they deliver
