I was watching a match on WWE Network where JBL gave credit to Heyman for being one of the greatest managers of all time.

Paul Heyman managed Big Show, Team Angle, CM Punk, Curtis Axel, Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, A-Train, and Brock Lesnar in wwe

He also managed other wrestlers in his early years as a manager in different promotions.

Truly I say yes due to the fact that he help take a lot of wrestlers to superstardom.

1. Every since rejoining Paul Heyman Brock Lesnar has beaten the streak, held the Universal title for 504 days, and more.

2. CM Punk was longest reigning WWE champ at one point with Paul Heyman.

3.Roman Reigns has been at his best. Formed his own new faction, new finisher, and has become better all around as a heel than as a face

There is more he managed but those to me are his top 3 success stories

What about Bobby Heenan, Jimmy Hart, Sensational Sherri, JJ Dillon, Lou Albano, Grand Wizard and Colonel Robert Parker? Those guys and girls deserve mention, too.

Yeah that's why I didn't list him as "The Greatest Manager" of all time. I said "One of the Greatest"

Because I knew there were greater ones but Heyman deserved to be on the list.

You misunderstood

Then, sure, Heyman deserves to be on the list. His stable The Dangerous Alliance in WCW was very over in the early 1990's when he managed Rick Rude, Stunning Steve Austin, Madusa, and Bobby Eaton.

Yes, he is one of the last of his kind... The manager who can get the talent over without overshadowing it, is a rarity in not only today's wrestling but for the last 20-30 years.

That is a fair point, he has to be paired with someone that Vince is willing to push because if not then the manager becomes practically useless and will even ruin the talent's momentum.

Excellent point! Unless Vince is interested it's hopeless to push that talent.

It's almost like driving with a flat tire. And Vince is that flat tire that hold this young talent back.

Absolutely. He’s a fantastic talker, and, he knows how to hype up the crowd. Even when he manages wrestlers I don’t like, he’s still entertaining.

I liked it when Teddy Long was Manager for awhile there.
