Dixie Says WWE is trying to Shut TNA Down

I don't think WWE will be able to shut TNA down unless WWE was able to pick up main event wrestlers that keep TNA from being another boring wrestling promotion, but seeing as how I don't ever see Styles, Angle, Joe, etc joining the WWE TNA has a better chance than WCW did to overtake WWE one day and be the more dominant wrestling promotion.

But the problem is WWE didn't really take any of WCW's main eventers, they took younger guys who weren't getting pushed like Eddie, Benoit, Jericho and gave them a push and made new stars. If TNA continues on it's track about not pushing new guys WWE could just repeat history.

It was originally. But that's over, and the exclusive contracts remain. Besides, it could also apply to their workers being allowed to work in Chikara, PWG etc. But, they're not allowed to do that freely either, to my knowledge.

Curious as to, in actuality, what WWE have done in an attempt to shut TNA down (other than attempt to make as much money as possible which would be a constant even if TNA didn't exist)... The dozy mark makes it sound like they're sabotaging TNAs plans at every corner.

^^^ The only way they're sabotaging TNA is by not re-hiring Russo, Hogan, Bisch and the lot of geezers stealing tv time. TNA is a facade that narrow sighted marks can't get past. Nothing revolutionary, nothing over the top, just a poor bastardized WCW in presentation and the way the business is ran.
