Bumping this thread. I actually agree with Brohan a bit,I feel like having a certian sexual orientation is a choice. I doubt there is DNA in anyone's body that determines sexual orienation and I certainly don't think a higher power chose anyone's sexual orientation in advance. Another reason I believe sexual orientation is a choice is because people can be turned if they meet the right person. Although I believe one's sexual orientation is a choice I completely support it and I feel that it should be legalized world wide.

...I'm not sure you know the true extent of the situation. Gay guys get beated on, tortured, and sometimes even killed for being who they are. I don't think you're understanding how much people hate them. I come from a background filled with people who do. Now why would anyone CHOOSE to get pummeled daily?

I am well aware of the hatred and unlawful treatment that is put among the bisexual/homosexual communities. Coming from GA most of the people hate the gays/bisexuals. People who choose to be gay/bisexual should be well aware of the treatment they will endure,it's up to them and their supporters to stand up for what's right.

Then how do you explain those people who are in gay camps trying to learn not to be gay? They're choosing not to be gay but still have thoughts and feelings of being gay.

If you chose being gay at a young age then It'll be tough to revert back to being straight. Instead of attending a gay camp they should be out looking for the right woman to make them want to turn straight.

Most of those people in the camps have been trained by their Christian parents their whole life to be straight and are sent there when their parents detect any signs of homosexuality. It's not like some gay teen just randomly decides to not be gay anymore and joins a camp to learn not to have natural thoughts and feelings, lmfao.
