Devon without Bully?

Is it smart to set Devon on a storyline without bully since bully is clearly the better if the two

Is Bully Ray better? Yes but it's not like Devon is a slouch by any means.
He's just as in shape and good in the ring as Bully. He just lacks the same mic skills and charisma but he does have enough of both to be fine on his own. As long as he isn't saddled in shit story lines or a shit gimmick.

I don't see why not. I did see a tweet that said Devon's teaming with Dreamer anyway, so it doesn't seem like he's totally on his own. What happened to Bully?
