Desmond Wolfe returned at last night's Impact taping in a new role as the Commissioner of TNA's Xplosion series, which makes sense for the overseas markets.

Thoughts?

So this means Xplosion is a seperate brand now?

Glad Nigel still has a job, but TNA's roster is what is one of the biggest reason they can't make a profit.

That's what it led me to believe. Combine this with the spoiler I posted about the new championship and it makes me think so.

He would be better used as a manager since he could actually add something to the show then. TNA already has around half a dozen authority figures so they don't need another.

Xplosion as another show would only work if it aired in the US as well.

Well it was supposed to last year but reaction took it's place. Put it on Tuesday or Wednesday nights and see what it can do.

No I think it is on TV Scott as it gets shown in the UK, but what it amounts to is a magazine type show which may have a few matches featuring guys who don't get a lot of time on Impact or PPV. Don't like the sound of this idea at all.

It is only on tv in international markets. In the US it might be online since it isn't shown on tv there.

So it's basically Superstars. Not enough people see it to even know its there.

That is a fair comparison. Both shows are just throwaway shows that aren't given much time or thought from either company.
