I think Death Penalty should only be used on murders, rapist and people who ruin or take the lives of others.

A) Found guilty and there is no doubt the person is guilty
B) Admit's the crime

I'm for it but under certain circumstances, I wouldn't want to be killed when I drove 40 above.

I'm a bit in the middle. I believe there is an answer for every problem, but at the same time if a person kills someone else, they don't have the right to live. At the same time, who are we to take the life of another person? It's a bit of a circle in my head about the subject.

If there is DNA evidence and it is 100% sure you did it, firing squad that douchebag after 60 days. LWOP is stupid as hell the same as being on death row for a decade. Kill, them. You killed someone? You raped an infant or small child? Get fucking executed you dirty piece of shit and save the world from having another victim. Here in WI we let chimos go after a couple years and all across the US they get "saved" from prison rape and murder, and I say fuck that.

You fucked a kid go to prison and get murdered, prison justice seems to be > our justice system in a lot of cases.
