Alco is. Doddsy loses in every scenario where Alco doesn't die today, regardless. It's his only choice.

Even if that happened, which it won't for reasons already stated, Doddsy has no reason to believe you'd vote Alco over him in that scenario

I don't see why Doddsy wouldn't win with us. There's obviously a distinction between being a Kira and being Kira aligned, hence Higuchi being referred to as the Yotsuba Kira in Yotsuba's win con. I'd argue he absolutely should win with us.
