I was literally pointing out his hypocrisy of the logic he was using:

"I'm town, look at my play around Brutus! I can show you receipts!"; which, fucking duh, I'm aware, but that's fairly hypocritical to use when I could just say, "Well I'm town too, look at my play around Banez!".

Alco is Yotsuba, so as far as I'm concerned, not town.
