I 100% would give it as a fake tbf. I have often googled roles as fakes for people. I think I've even put a role like that in the game

They might not have been thinking that far ahead. I just don't know why a host would specify non-town actions in a role like that.

You need the positive and negative utilities attached to a lightning rod like role.
