I'm tired of the comedy shit too, but it's more tragic with his partner Kane than it is with Bryan. I know Bryan is part of the future of WWE, but Kane was introduced as a dominant and fearful bad ass monster and similar to Undertaker (who is his half-brother kayfabe wise, assuming people still remember), that should have been his legacy. You never remember Taker doing silly comedy shit or even the incredibly bad storylines that Kane has been put into, do you?
Anyway, that out of the way, I could see Bryan having a good run as an underdog world champion who holds onto the belt for a long while (not 434 days long, but more than a few months) before dropping it, but I don't ever see him as the future face of the company, because he lacks the larger than life presence that guys in that role should have. Punk and The Miz at least have height on their side.
