This gimmick won't take him longer than the IC Championship, and even that's a stretch at this point

Exactly. That kind of gimmick is on the same level as Ryder's "guido" gimmick. You can't evolve it. It is what it is.

Well,that a kind of gimmick Randy Orton had in the start of he's carrier...And look at him now

Yeah, dude, it was his first year in wrestling and he was only 22 years old. Besides, he didn't get to main event with that gimmick, which is exactly the point. The Dashing gimmick won't get Rhodes to main events. It could serve as a start, and I am not saying Rhodes won't be main eventing in a few years, but when we see Rhodes in a World Title Match, I am pretty sure he won't be going under the "Dashing" gimmick
