Ending the Streak alone should bump him up pretty high on the list. The CM Punk feud and their subsequent Summerslam match was pretty awesome, too.
Randy Orton isn't getting much love, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him listed high up there as well. He was booked as a paper champion, but he still spent the better part of a year at the top - winning MITB, turning heel for the first time in over three years, having more matches with the most popular superstar than anyone else, holding the championship till Wrestlemania, unifying the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships, helping reform Evolution, etc. Quite the turn around for someone who was strictly a midcarder/upper-midcarder for nearly all of 2012 and the first half of 2013.
