He's saying being impaled by a stinger isn't too bad for wrestlers. I mean, firstly, it depends highly on the stingers. Scorpions stingers can be venomous at first, but can be treated quite easily by antibiotics if taken to a medical facility asap (usually staff on hand at wrestling promotions to treat such things). Larger stingers, like sting rays for instance, can be more lethal, and may need to be surgically removed (I think this was Stevie Richards' case in 97?) However, the muscle mass of wrestlers usually nullifies it. Stevie and Sabin are smaller dudes, so they had a bit more trouble with em, but they came out ok. Idiot.
