It shouldn't have so many rules. Makes it hard to book. It should just be like an X-Division Title and is defended in innovative, new matches.

The rules are quite simple Hoov... Think of defending the title as the PURE title kinda...

X-Division Match to qualify. Not really that hard.

I just don't like the rules because not everyone's character has a submission move.
