In the Cris Cyborg news you know you can’t avoid: it’s looks like Cyborg is still adamant about her commitment to drop down to 135lbs, and has been officially booked for her second fight at Bantamweight with Invicta, set for December.
She is set to fight at Invicta 10, and her opponent is currently TBD, as her previous match-ups have fallen through due to injuries.
The 12-1 Cyborg is currently in the process of making her weight cut a permanent thing, as she has employed the help of conditioning specialist Tony Aponte, to help her shed her extra weight so that she is capable of walking around at 155lbs instead of her usual 180lbs.
Naturally, everyone is wondering how well her efforts will work in terms of getting her within arms reach of her real goal, fighting UFC Bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey. While Dana’s feelings about her have been more negative than positive, and have shown some flip-flopping in the past, at last Saturday’s PPV event, Dana spoke about her with what could be seen as a little more hopeful response while putting out a warning to fans and media sources alike:
“I just don’t want to hear your bullsh-t if I do (sign her) because this sh-t is going to flip as soon as I sign her – about drug testing and all the other bullsh-t,†White said. “It’ll be the biggest f–king topic. It’ll be the biggest f–king story for you to write. Oh my f–king God. The script will flip immediately.â€

Well well, Swinny If Cyborg makes the cut you can't say shit about making that fight happen either.
I still think Cyborg is less of a threat then Holly Holm. She may be tougher, but unlike Holly, she'll fall right into Rousey's trap by fighting her head on.
