Few Explanations :-

I picked terry because hes still the best defender in the world imo, and single handedly carried rngland to the euro quarter finals.
I picked Gerrard over Xabi Alonse / Sneijder because Gerrard is a driving force, he runs with the ball, hes constantly moving, the other two midfielders xavi and pirlo are quite static, so a driving force box to box midfielder is needed. Not to mention hes one of the best long passers in the game, if not the best.
Why no Ronaldo? Simple Reason. I dislike him and his ego.
Who no neymer? He has proven nothing. Showing an arrey of skills in brazilian league doesnt count, he can end up being just another robinho. I dont believe in hype, i would rather pick robben over him if i have to.
Ibrahimovic and Van persie, two of the best finishers in the game today, so its hard to decide who to pick.
