To be fair Airfixx, that belt still belonged to Ric Flair, and he had given it to Triple H as a gift as well as saying that he thought Hunter was the man who deserved it most.

I think unifying the world titles would be a great idea, chiefly because it would make feuds last longer and mean more. Frankly there's been a vast reduction with the stringency of the brand split's application in recent years as seen most recently in both belts being on SD, so I wouldn't be entirely suprised to see this happen. I'm not keeping my hopes up though.

Don't get me wrong, my post wasn't typed with a big frown on my face and steam coming out of my ears or anythin'...

Mainly, I was curious as to what Enzo was getting at and ended up throwing out a few thoughts.

I'm all up for unification and stuff as long as it's doesn't end up being this short term cycle of Unification -> Brand Extention -> Unification and so on. Looking at the titles collectively and their roles in the current product, things could definitely be improved.

Yeah I agree with that; basically I just think a world title is weakened if there's more than one. Admittedly the WWE has a lot of main eventers at the moment, but with Batista retiring and (assumedly) Triple H and Jeircho not too far away from that period in their careers, now would seem like the right time to make one prestigious belt and have a glut of top-draw superstars competing over it.

The only thing I don't like about one World Title is that there are two many superstars for just one title.

Whats wrong with the way it is now. One title to represent one brand. If there's two brand and one title we will constantly see triple threat matches because each brand will want a number one contender to claim the WWE Undisputed Championship.

So I pray they don't do it and I pray if they do not to put it on Batista or John Cena. Put it on Randy Orton.

I would like to see a unification of the belts . Longer reigns, Better feuds. At the moment with the two belts the reigns last like 2 minutes. I just think it would be better with one belt and all the main eventers fighting for it. Plus that way with only 1 title belt to challenge for instead of two. The extra time could be used for the Tag div and the USA/IC title's. That way they might get defended more and actually mean something again

May, I'd say that a unified title could help not only the prestige of the title itself, but also of the Tag Team and IC/US Title divisions. With only one world title some of the main eventers will have to take it in turns, meaning that some of them will form tag teams (providing a needed boost to a floundering section of the WWE, Miz/Morrison and The Colons aside) and others will go for the mid card titles, which will not only provide them with a bit more prestige but also make the leap from mid card to main event easier for guys like MVP & Punk, as they can beat established main event guys without having to compete for a world title, thus improving their overness.

Alright, a united WWE would be cool. & very possible if you ask me.

You don't have to unite the IC title with the US title, just because the roster is to big to have one midcard belt. The Women's championship, I can actually see being retired, and making the Diva's championship the inital belt. The tag team titles are already the beginning of this change, and honestly, what was the point in that if they don't unite more belts? My only question is, what would they do with ECW, and the ECW Championship?

I don't think a manager would suit him, I mean he is meant to be the "animal" his character doesn't suit a manager cause that would mean the manager would be someone strong like Triple H (in evolution) for him to be tammed like a good domestic animal instead of him running wild.

That may sound like a whole bunch of crap but hopefuly you can understand what I am getting at here.
