Additionally, reader Koz Million sent in the following:

"WWE Superstar Batista's martial arts trainer is Marrese Crump. He is a well-known martial artist who recently launched a social network for martial artists at CrumpDojo.com where special news about Batista and his training might be released first.

It is rumored that Dave Batista will be on the cover of an upcoming issue of WWE Magazine when he makes his comeback from injury. The concept is entitled "I've Created A Monster" and will have Batista in a laboratory inside a "Wolverine-like" water tank with monitoring pads on his body, as well as trainer Marrese Crump standing by and monitoring his progress with a clipboard. This seems fitting for the training Batista has received from Crump that has aided him after his last injury and successful comeback. It is also rumored that when Batista makes his comeback, he will be on the road to uniting the Heavyweight and WWE Championship Titles next year at Wrestlemania. Marrese Crump is rumored to possibly sign with the WWE as well and accompany Batista to the Ring as his manager."

I don't think this will happen. Batista with a manager is silly first of all. Second of all he is generic bob number 2 with a loud theme songs a muscle. He is nothing special and wearing pads or not he is still crap.

That would be crazy, and awesome. I'd love for a Unified title, and Batista is a good choice to do it. I mean, when someone holds both titles, it has to be believable, and the right guy for that would be the biggest dude in the company. He can lose it after, but all I want is a unified belt.

I guess this entire year will be dedicated to unifying the company starting last Sunday with the tag titles. I doubt the Women's titles will be unified considering they just brought in the Diva's title. This would be awesome if Batista will be WWE Champ and Cena will be World Champ and they unify them at WMXXVI. I doubt this is true though. He probably says that in an interview in the magazine, nobody takes that shit seriously.

The thing I always wonder with unifying the belts; what if they want to bring the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships back? Do they just go, 'Okay, we're un-unifying them.'

What happens there?

Remember 2002? The WWE and WCW titles has been unified to create the WWE Undispuited championship, and that was the only belt. Then, when they wanted to bring in another belt, they just brought in the World Heavyweight Championship, and the WWE title was no longer undisputed.
So if they do this, most likely we would never see a 2nd World title back again, but if they ever wanted to, all they have to do is create a new belt, or (more likely) bring the other one back.

Wasn't that because SmackDown was made and it needed a World Title? Right now, we have two brands and if this happens then there'll be one title between the two brands. So would they just create a new one or un-unify them? I think un-unifying them would be kind of awkward, like I said in my previous post.

No, SD was created in 1999.
What happened was, there was already two seperate brands, and the unified title, and for a while, the title was competed for on both brands, no matter which brand the guy who held it belonged to. But then they did a thing where Lesnar refused to compete on Raw, and was SD exclusive or something, so Bischoff brought back the WCW part of the title as the World Heavyweight Championship, so that Raw would have their own world title.
Like I said, if they ever do this, I doubt they would ever bring back another world title anyway. If they do this, it would most likely be a permanent decision, so they wouldn't have to worry about bringing a title back. But if they ever did bring one back, it wouldn't be awkward at all. It would just be like before. They would make some storlyine where they are forced to bring the title backm, just liek they did with the Lesnar thing a few years back.

I doubt they'd bother unifying ANOTHER title into the WWE championship that already contains the WCW/NWA lineage and the WWF/E lineage, and I think that WWE wouldn't pick Batista to be the guy since they've lost faith in him as a champ. His last reign was just a two week hot shot to still prove "anything can happen" and before that the E thought more of Khali as champ than Batista since the numbers were a tad better under Khali. He'd be a champ goin into the match, but I bet it'd be Cena walkin out the Unified champ.

What do you mean exactly?

That's effectively what the undisputed championship was... Since then ya gotta conclude that the traditions/lineage of the WHC has been further blurred/watered down/crapped-on [choose your own adjective! LOL] by being ressurected as a WWE title. (Not to mention being LITERALLY handed to HHH by Bischoff).

Look at it another way....

The WHC represented the territories... WWF Squashed the territories.

I find it hard to see what it could mean in a post-WWE world.... It's little more than a familiar looking trinket now.
