I doubt any wrestler on the planet aspires to be the champion of WWE's shitty tag division.

But what if it was rebuilt with credibility? I'm not saying they'd have to aspire to be in the division and their champions. But I'm pretty sure they'd get a MUCH better pay and more of a reaction in the WWE.

Same with Steen but they both said in their highspot shoot that they wouldn't say no to a WWE deal. Steen is even losing weight so that he can get a contract with the big leagues and make more money.

Davey already has already turned the WWE before though. He turned down a contract after winning the Super 8 in 2006 and he turned down another contract just before signing to Ring Of Honor. There must be something that he's looking for in a WWE contract that they haven't been willing to offer him if he's turned them down more than once.

As for Steen, he's going to need to stop wrestling in gym shorts and t-shirts before he'll even be considered "big league" material.

35 minute mark. Davey confirms that they are in talks with both WWE and TNA.

Solid. Normally pessimistic about wrestlers who have talent going to WWE but Richards and Edwards seem to have a lot of what WWE is looking for. I can see them excelling there at some point.

Their best chance at success would be as a tag team with a mouth piece. Question is who would be the mouth piece.

Paul would be a good choice. Had Angle been with the WWE right now he would have been a good choice. A more vicious World's greatest tag team/Team Angle.

Davey Richards has been teasing a lot lately about joining a mainstream company. When he beat ACH a while back he said that he is going to prove that he is the real "best in the world" so that right there might mean he's WWE bound. Personally since it's the American Wolves we're talking about I would like them to go to TNA, TNA is in desperate need for talent at this point. Or even better Davey Richards can go to the WWE while Eddie Edwards goes to TNA!

I don't think the American Wolves need anyone or a mouthpiece. They already have a badass persona.

Bad ass persona can only get you so far if you cannot speak. Neither Davey or Eddie are master mic workers and on the big stage and slightly smaller stage of WWE and TNA respectively you need to be able to talk to get over. Their biggest chance of learning that is with the WWE. They made Bryan Danielson, who was an okay speaker into Daniel Bryan who is a really good speaker.

And to tie in to your original post. I don't see Davey or Eddie surviving as off the bat singles stars in either company, they need to be brought in as a tag team because that is where they cover up most of their flaws (lack of psychology in matches, no selling American strong style BS and lack of mic skills).

This is coming from a guy who is a fan of both guys. I want them to succeed and with the way TNA seems to be in organizational shambles right now with all the releases I hope they go to the WWE. Working in NXT is not a demotion and would only benefit them.

Hopefully the WWE are going to bring back the Tag Titles to actually mean something don't get me wrong nothing wrong with Team Hell No.. But we need the tag titles to actually mean something.. The Shield is a good start but it would be awesome to actually some more tag teams like the old skool.
