Could Dr. Chris Amann be Fired if he lose his License for a HIPAA Violation?

Something came out in the court to note...

Yes we know Dr. Chris Amann lose this case now.

However during the case, something came out that could pull his Dr. Amann his Doctor License!

Dr. Chris Amann licence maybe revoked because of the privileged information he disclosed on Jerichos podcast which he admitted in court was a violation. Which is a HIPAA violation! A federal violation! That and not recording giving someone antibiotics which he admitted under oath during this this trial.

This trial just end and all. But I feel like I should bring this up too.

Doctors get away with this kind of crap all the time in America. I doubt anything will come of it.

My mom's doctor of 20 years used to write her prescriptions over the phone without even seeing her. A few times she gave her blank slips to fill in. They actually had to retire and move because the feds were on to them for abusing insurance companies. They were billing patients for stuff they didn't get treated for. There are some honest, well meaning doctors out there but there are plenty of shifty ones who get away with more than they should.
