Could AEW be adding a third hour?

I’m not sure how I feel about it. If they really use that extra hour like he says they would, to showcase other talent. Then maybe it’s okay. But I rather have a few 3 hour Specials, over always being 3 hours.

I want them to get Dark a TV Deal, maybe on TBS. use it for the talent not on tv much and get them over that way.

I hope they don't do this. Sometimes it's a slog to get through Raw, I don't want to feel like another wrestling show is a slog to get through.

A lot of the shows fly by just fine for the 2 hours time slot.

The only way I can see this working is if they make the first hour its own thing and simply put Dark on tv. That way its not "must watch" but is still there for those that want the three hours while giving the roster the exposure it needs.

What I will say is, I don't believe that 3 hours in and of itself creates a poor show. I think you need to be looking at the writing situation behind it to see why Nitro failed (too many cooks & Thunder ) and Raw has gone down hill (one senile old cook & Smackdown).

I wouldn't put it past AEW to be able to pull off a 3 hour show, but I'd prefer it if they didn't (part of the reason I stopped watching Raw was that its so, frickin, looooooooooong......).
