Any actor/person trained in acting would have the same capacity to become a pro wrestler as anybody who has a love for the business and a willingness to make the sacrifices it takes to be good at something. It requires fitness, hard work, and dedication, much like any other endeavor.
So, yes, if you had a star who loved being a pro wrestler and was willing to work hard and make those sacrifices, then they could be a successful full-time pro wrestler.
But, acting has its own set of struggles and requires its own brand of hard work and dedication. And most people who dream of acting for a living dream of winning an OScar, not the WWE Championship. That's the problem with guys from WWE that go into acting (and vice-versa): they've dreamed their whole lives and trained to be the best pro wrestlers they can be; not to memorize lines of dialogue and follow a shooting script.
It's entertaining that the two get so often equated when they're very different skill sets.
Having said that, having a "fight choreography" background of being a trained athlete would definitely help an actor who decided he/she wanted to go into pro wrestling. For my part, I would love to see Ray Park in a wrestling ring.
