@Stopspot do you have any good recipes to use bacon with? I can buy any food to go with it, just got some really, really good bacon and not trying to just have club sandwiches or bacon and eggs.

Le wild bump.

I looked through my fridge and realized I had some cooking cream that I should probably eat up since I'll be spending a couple of days at my dads and they would have expired by the time I'd get back. So I whipped this together.

Stopspot's creamy Fajita chicken and noodles.

2 Chicken fillets
1 pack of noodles, or if you don't use packs, feel free to measure out the amount that suits just you. Personally one pack of noodles does just fine for me.
1 pack of cooking cream
Fajita spices.

slice and dice the chicken into big enough parts, use personal preference here.
Heat up a pan and start frying up the chicken. I used oil but butter works well too.
As the chicken is almost down lower the heat on the pan, also start boiling the noodle water.
Add the cream to the chicken and stir it around.
Add the spices to the chicken and cream while stirring and mix it up real nice.
Put the noodles in the water once boiling and lower the heat a little.
If you have noodles with a spice pack feel free to experiment, I used beef noodles and it worked just fine.
Pour off the water.

Enjoy. A meal in just under 15 minutes. You can serve it with some greens and a nice glass of water.

Been looking for good, strong ways to get better with cooking while using simple, affordable ingredients again (aka I looked up and realized 90% of my pantry is full of chips, tuna, mac and cheese dinners. Save that cabbage for the cold months) and ended up running back into this gem.

No secret i'm a Ramsay mark and have been for nearing a decade now (before I even cooked, Kitchen Nightmares is the Deutsche mark) but it's a great series, and this episode is especially. Whole chicken on sale this week and already book'd the dude to de-bone a dank one for me.

A lot of dramatization in Kitchen Nightmares but lowkey the Ramsay shows are more realistic than some other ones of the same nature; Chopped, Top Chef... etc.

The US one is way more overdone, but I still get a huge kick out of it. The above show posted is dope as fuck though, informative and really interestingly done. Gordon at home is an awesome show also, 100 dishes you can prepare that look just great. I mark for Bobby Flay also, so that should tell you about my cooking show fangirlism.

Easily though the shows from UK early 2000's shows exactly what I would expect a chef in a world class restaurant to be like. Some comedian comes in and tries to order 2 fried eggs and garlic bread for his main course - and Gordon give's it to his front of house about not telling the guy to fuck off before telling him it to his face. Dude has some serious balls.
