I doubt WWE even knows when he's coming back, let alone the people who promote the shows lol.

You're kidding right? You know as well as the rest of us that the reports that pop up on these sites hold as much inside knowledge as Dolph's has.
Sure, they're bullshit, but with Cena being injured, it's not exactly implausible for WWE to bring Punk back. Furthermore, remember the last time Punk had a long lay off, or should have? He was brought back two weeks later to sell Summerslam. I don't really believe he's coming back, but it definitely would not be the biggest shocker in the world.

You should write for wrestling observer, I don't believe it'll happen but if it did it wouldn't shock me  Still I get what you're saying although I doubt they intended to keep Punk out too long during 2011 and he was a lot hotter then so it's difficult to compare the two scenarios. :adr:

Hey, Meltzer has taught me well. Punk said himself the plan was to have him off for a good few months or so in 2011, but they needed someone to sell Summerslam, and Punk had to return. None of them wanted it to happen that way, but it did. Does it remind you of anything? Ryback's push happened by force, because Cena was hurt. Cena is now hurt again, WWE tends to go into panic mode.
