Did you know The Rock’s return Drew the biggest rating in Smackdown history? Did you know it was covered by the President of the United States? Did you know it was the biggest news story since 9/11? WWE would be crazy not to offer him at least 25 million to return because his presence will generate at least 500 million in revenue.
