No. Slam City was made and finished long before Punk left. Removing him would mean remaking the entire cartoon. They are rewriting and re-doing the Flintstones cartoon and camp WWE to remove Punk.

WWE has a lot of "fishing rods" out to cross over into other types of media. So yes there's apparently going to be a Flintstones cartoon movie with WWE wrestlers as well.

When the Flintstones project was first being written, Punk was in it since he was working for them at the time. Now that he's left there's no reason to keep him in it. And since they haven't started the actual animation work they can easily write him out and replace him with someone else (apparently Rey Mysterio) for the movie.
