Yeah but I feel like he acted like that because of the AEW culture and remember: Punk isn’t the only guy that has tried to go into business for himself and/or started fights
Punk has acted like this in every single company he has been apart of. Don't forget he was fired from WWE too

And you kids have short memories, read up on HBK's behavior and how Vince did NOTHING and bent over for him. Egomaniacs have run amok in plenty of sports and entertainment franchises and gotten away with bullshit a plenty. AEW is not some special exception and neither is WWE.

@Dale Why would Endeavor get involved? Why was WB so involved when it came to Punk? I think Endeavor has even more reason to be involved. WWE will be their new shiny toy and would you want your new shiny toy having this dumpster fire CM Punk featured alternatively you know CM Punk is being talked about everywhere and it's more eyes on how you as a brand new owner are shaking things up it's a big stamp on this is us now, we don't live in the past.
Still, I just don't see a world where they particularly care. Bringing in Punk isn't going to negatively affect their business that you could predict like driving away advertisers / sponsors etc. He'd come back and be largely adored by the WWE crowds and shift a shit load of merchandise throughout the process.

I also implied they could be willing to force WWE into doing it as well.

And I majorly doubt they would do that either. I know it's a little different but I think Fox tried strong-arming them to get him back and that didn't work.

Real question for you WWE only folks

You say he would be better controlled but how would you really stop him from going on Instagram or Twitter n unload at any time? Are you going to give in to his every demand? Because that's what aew did. I think it's extremely naïve and cocky to think a) he won't do it to you and b) that he will be satisfied not being the guy for long

Endeavor was/is very hands off with UFC. It's unlikely they'd force anything on WWE.

Honestly I think it's unlikely he comes in full time. However I do think they consider a Hall of Fame spot down the road and MAYBE an occasional match.

yeah if anything he'd do a schedule similar to Edge. Show up for a month or so for a feud, then go away for a while.

I highly doubt he'd want to do WWEs touring schedule of 4 shows a week.

It would depend on how long of a deal he signed but I actually see a world where's he on TV pretty much every single week.
