I'll be honest, I never bought into Regal going back was because of his son. I think it was a small part but he knew full well asking to be released so he could go back and be HHH's right hand man would have likely been denied. He definitely played Tony to an extent.

I think you have to do some mighty mental gymnastics if you actually didn't think TK considered or assumed Regal was walking back into a prominent WWE role. Him wanting to help his son can also be true. Not everything is about getting over on others, I find it very weird to assume otherwise

Now the question is... do Triple H and Vince think Punk is worth the headache and would they really take him back? Looks like morale has been pretty good for a while in WWE, I'd hate to see Punk come and cause trouble.

Good question you gotta sit him down and tell him that happened in AEW is not going to happen here. We respect you Punk but we can't be having chaos like that causing a Storm here. If you have a problem with someone come to us and we'll figure things out rather than acting before thinking. I imagine that is the conversation whether or not Punk listens to that or follows through who knows if that works long term.
