Respectfully, Montez Ford is not really anywhere near as talented a singles wrestler as Darby. Montez is also a tag team guy so a match would nmot really make sense currently and he doesnt have anywhere near enough of a current push to have a match with Punk.

im sure the match itself would be decent but I cant really think of anyone clamoring for this match over the litany of other options punk would have

I think Punk and Montez wouldn’t be bad. Not high on my list of guys I’m clamoring to see work with Punk but I wouldn’t scoff at it if I got to see it.
