Because you play doesn't align with what I envision your town game to be.
And given the relatively short period of time we have left, and given I have a scumread on you based on play, and given we're also dueling so will get the Blaine flip, I'm comfortable enough lynching you pending your claim.

That said, it does leave room for pause that people have suddenly and comfortable slipped onto this wagon

We're in a position where we kind of need to pick a lynch and I'm hardly going to resist one on a person I have a suss on.

If I was actively starting a wagon, you probably wouldn't be my first choice, but now that a wagon is on you, I'm willing to go with it, if that makes sense.
