Yea I realize that if Haza is town, the reason they didn't shoot him so far is that they had to expect the Watcher to be on him. I think I made a throwaway post some 800 pages back that if Haza is town, the Watcher will also be town, cause if they're killing the Cop with no worries, that probably means they don't care about the Watcher, most likely because they're on the scum team.
