protecting the guilty is such bullshit. There are types of criminals who are put into PC, but not every person who is charged with a crime has better rights than a civillian. That is a load of horseshit. Act like a banker who embezzled millions of dollars from a town is going to be treated the same as a guy selling drugs on the corner.
