I like the outline of Sheamus, nice little touch you put in there!
Overall the concept is good, but two gripes I have:
Flow and direction of the sig. Yes, you have that wavy line in the middle, but there's also curved things that act as a vector too, whether you intended it or not. Make sure you address this because a good vector into the piece can add THAT much more.
Color scheme. Blue looks good, but with Sheamus? I don't think it suits him. Sheamus is more, angry. And Irish. Blue to me is more calm and shit like that. Remember, everything does matter in a sig.
