I haven't had a drink since I was 22 and it was only 2 sips. I just decided I hated the taste and hated how it made people act, so I boycotted it from my life.

It's always up to personal choice. That is what I believe, and as long as it doesn't control you, then you're fine.

Yeah I mean if people like it then that is fine, just don't let it control your life or hurt other people

Yeah, we all have to learn our limits XD

Especially when Espresso is at hand. I had 3 shots of espresso or two double shots..... I forget. Plus I had downed half a can of Mountain Dew. I was sooo hyped up that Faron said my heart rate was VERY high. By the time I drank 3
-4 bottles of water, I was starting to gain back my composure. The extreme shaking had stopped. My chest was sore a couple if days. NEVER WILL I DO THAT AGAIN!!!
